1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Spotie's photography subscription service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Service Description

Spotie provides a subscription-based photography service that connects users with professional photographers at premium locations throughout Japan.

• Monthly, quarterly, and biannual subscription plans available
• Access to professional photographers and premium locations
• High-resolution digital photo delivery
• Mobile app access and customer support

3. Subscription Terms

3.1 Billing

Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly, quarterly, or biannual basis depending on your chosen plan. All payments are processed through Stripe.

3.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial periods.

3.3 Session Limits

Each subscription plan includes a specific number of photography sessions per month. Unused sessions do not roll over to the following month.

4. Booking and Scheduling

Photography sessions must be booked in advance through our platform. Cancellations and rescheduling are subject to our cancellation policy:

• 24+ hours notice: Free cancellation/rescheduling
• Less than 24 hours: Session may be forfeited
• No-show: Session will be forfeited

5. Photographer Services

Our photographers are independent contractors. While we vet all photographers on our platform, Spotie cannot guarantee the quality of individual sessions but will work to resolve any issues.

6. Photo Rights and Usage

You retain full rights to photos taken during your sessions. Photographers may request permission to use photos for portfolio purposes, but this is optional and requires your explicit consent.

7. User Conduct

Users agree to:

• Treat photographers and staff with respect
• Arrive on time for scheduled sessions
• Follow location rules and regulations
• Not engage in illegal or inappropriate behavior

8. Limitation of Liability

Spotie's liability is limited to the amount paid for your subscription. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through our platform.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes will be resolved in Japanese courts.
